Oditto generates the standardized audit file (SAF-T) and digital receipts from your Shopify data and the settings you provide, under the alternative regime of Ordinance Н-18 (Art. 52т).
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of your tax filings. Oditto produces files and receipts from your data; it does not file on your behalf, and you should verify your configuration (company data, NRA account/tax codes) with an accountant before submitting.
Oditto operates under the e-shop alternative regime and is not a fiscal device or certified sales-management software (СУПТО). It is an independent product of Fundamental Studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Revenue Agency (НАП).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind - express or implied - including fitness for a particular purpose or that generated files and receipts will be accepted by any authority. Outputs are derived from your store data and the settings you configure; you must verify every file and receipt (including with your accountant) before relying on or submitting it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fundamental Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any fines, penalties, interest, rejected or late filings, tax assessments, lost profits, or other losses arising from or related to the use of (or inability to use) the app - including errors in the app's logic, calculations, file format, receipts, delivery, or availability. No compensation, damages, credits or reimbursements of any kind are owed for such issues. If, notwithstanding the foregoing, liability is established, it is capped in aggregate at the subscription fees you paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence).
Except where required by applicable law or by Shopify's own billing policies, subscription fees are non-refundable. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to cancel your subscription, which stops future charges.
You agree to hold Fundamental Studio harmless from claims by tax authorities or third parties arising from your filings, your data, or your configuration of the app.
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's Billing API according to the plan you select. Plan limits and pricing are shown in the app.
Oditto генерира одиторския файл (SAF-T) и електронни касови бележки от вашите данни в Shopify. Търговецът носи цялата отговорност за верността и подаването на отчетите и е длъжен да провери всеки файл и бележка (вкл. със счетоводител) преди подаване. Oditto не подава от ваше име, не е фискално устройство/СУПТО и не е свързан с НАП. Софтуерът се предоставя „както е“, без гаранция. В максималната позволена от закона степен не се дължат обезщетения, компенсации или възстановяване на суми за каквито и да е проблеми, грешки или загуби, произтичащи от използването на приложението (вкл. глоби, санкции, отхвърлени или закъснели подавания); евентуалната отговорност е ограничена до платените такси за последния 1 месец. Такси не се възстановяват, освен когато законът или политиките на Shopify изискват друго - единственото средство е прекратяване на абонамента. Нищо тук не изключва отговорност, която не може да бъде изключена по закон (умисъл или груба небрежност). Абонаментите се таксуват чрез Shopify Billing.
